Overview

Keystone is looking for a motivated Surveyor in Training (SIT) / Survey Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience as a Party Chief and CAD Experience who has passed, or is preparing to take, the SIT exam and is ready to step into the professional track toward becoming a licensed surveyor.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare deed plots, property mosaics, and as-built drawings
• Analyze property corners and develop boundary solutions
• Review and coordinate work with Survey Tech 3s and 4s
• Serve as a liaison between office staff, crews, and clients
• Meet inspectors and client representatives as needed
• Assist with proposals, deliverables, and courthouse research

• Ability to read and interpret deeds, maps, and plats
