Job summary

Soltesz is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our Rockville team. This role combines technical surveying expertise, project coordination, client interaction, and survey crew leadership in support of residential, commercial, and right-of-way projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing topographic and boundary surveys, preparing legal descriptions, coordinating crews, and ensuring deliverables meet professional standards while collaborating with clients and municipalities across the region.

Qualifications

• Registered Land Surveyor in Maryland.
• 10+ years of surveying and land development experience.
• AutoCAD proficiency; MicroStation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of agency requirements and surveying standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Montgomery County experience preferred.
