Qualifications

• 2+ years of land survey experience in a Survey Tech role.
• High School Diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• AutoCAD Civil3D knowledge is required.
• MicroStation knowledge is a plus.

• Willingness to be office-based with occasional field work.

Responsibilities

• Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation.
• Create digital terrain models from field data.
• Review and check work for quality control.
• Conduct deed research.
• Work under the supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor.
• Identify possible problems and report to supervisor.
