Job summary

Petroleum Field Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Survey Technician to execute technical tasks for survey deliverables and provide in-depth knowledge to project teams. You will work with PLS, survey team, project managers, and clients to meet project goals using Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and standard drafting workflows.

The role emphasizes QA/QC, data processing, and drafting complex survey deliverables while coordinating with field crews, engineers, and other departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant survey and drafting experience.
• Experience with Civil 3D and field-to-finish workflows.
• Knowledge of PLSS, surveyed descriptions, and records search.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Review Processed Data for accuracy and correctness.
• Draft and QA/QC Survey Plats and Legal Descriptions for PLS Review.
• Draft and QA/QC topographic survey deliverables and ALTA deliverables.
• Handoff accurate and complete data to all departments.
• Assist Project Managers and PLS with various tasks as necessary.
• Attend client calls and screen shares for planning and design.
• Help finalize and package deliverables for submittal.
