Job summary

Petroleum Field Services LLC is seeking a Survey Technician to execute drafting and data processing tasks supporting survey deliverables. You will work with PLS, survey team, project managers, engineering, and field crews to ensure timely, accurate results.

The role offers remote work within the United States and requires hands-on experience with field-to-drafting workflows. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of survey/drafting experience, strong knowledge of coordinate systems and the Public Land

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of survey/drafting experience is required.
• Proficiency with coordinate systems and PLSS is essential.
• Familiarity with GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute drafting and data processing tasks within project time budgets.
• Create Survey Field Packs and drafting templates for projects.
• QA/QC on work of junior team members and assisting PMs/PLS as needed.
• Read, draft, and compile legal descriptions, survey plats and alignment sheets.
• Communicate with field crews and participate in client calls to aid planning.
