Qualifications

• Must have multi-discipline experience and strong understanding of all aspects of the Land Surveying profession.
• 5+ years’ experience in the land surveying industry.
• Must have a strong background in project management.
• Effective verbal communication is necessary and independent judgment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budget and analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization.
• Lead by example; provide mentorship to junior staff and support business development.
