Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead complex survey projects in the Georgia area.

You will collaborate with the department head on proposals, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination, using CAD and surveying software to deliver results. The role requires a Professional Land Surveyor license in GA or eligibility to obtain within a year, with strong GDOT experience and a proven project management track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in land surveying, civil engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Professional Land Surveyor license in Georgia, or eligible to obtain within a year.
• GDOT experience required and 10+ years managing survey projects.
• 8+ years in land surveying; SIT license; 107 Remote Pilot certification a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson; LiDAR tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head with proposals, estimates, and presentations.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with office staff and clients; participate in pre-survey planning.
• Oversee use of CAD, LiDAR, GPS post processing, and survey tech.
• Ensure compliance with survey regulations and Accura procedures.
