Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be a Professional Land Surveyor in Georgia; other state licenses desirable.
• GDOT experience is required; SIT license preferred.
• 10+ years managing survey projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• 8+ years of land surveying experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Carlson.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head with proposals, estimates, and recruiting processes.
• Coordinate with office staff and clients on project needs and timelines.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
• Lead pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal survey regulations and Accura procedures.
