Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Survey Project Manager to lead complex land surveying projects and coordinate with staff and clients for on-time, on-budget delivery.

Requires a GA PLS license, GDOT experience, and strong AutoCAD, Carlson, and GIS tool proficiency; travel may be involved; proven ALTA, boundary, and topographic survey experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Georgia PLS license or ability to obtain within a year.
• GDOT project experience and SIT license desirable.
• 10+ years managing survey projects; 8+ years surveying experience.
• Advanced AutoCAD, Carlson and geospatial software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head with proposals, estimates, and recruiting.
• Coordinate with staff and clients; manage budgets and schedules.
• Lead pre-survey planning meetings with PMs and engineers.
• Use CAD, GIS, and survey software; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee ALTA, boundary, topographic surveys; route/database work.
