Qualifications

• Strong leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the local survey department to align with goals and client expectations.
• Provide guidance to Survey Technicians, Field Crews, and Project Managers on complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory rules for land surveying.
• Develop and review project proposals with resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial performance for large projects.
• Perform QA/QC on drawings, legal descriptions, and deliverables.
