Job summary

Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) seeks a Survey Project Manager in Indianapolis to lead complex surveying projects, mentor office and field teams, and help expand our client base while advancing our technology stack and capabilities.

You’ll work under a senior professional land surveyor, gaining mentorship and contributing to the growth of a national presence in the Land Surveying/Geospatial field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional surveying experience
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) registration or SIT path
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and practices
• Experience with proposals, budgets, and billing
• Professional written and spoken communication
• Ability to mentor staff and grow the practice using marketing

Responsibilities

• Mentor & Team Builder: develop staff and recruit the next generation
• Project Leadership: manage proposals, budgets and project finances
