Job summary

Internetwork Expert seeks a Party Chief to lead the survey team on field projects in Houston. You will coordinate field survey work and construction staking, ensuring alignment with client vision, budget, and timelines while addressing jurisdictional requirements and community concerns.

Responsibilities include training crew on new surveying technology and procedures, interpreting plans, collecting and adjusting survey data, and maintaining field records for roadway, bridge, and flood control

Qualifications

• 10 years of survey experience required.
• Current, valid Texas State driver’s license at time of appointment.
• TWIC Homeland Security card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field survey team in the field and coordinate required field survey work and construction staking.
• Train crew members on surveying technology and field safety procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering plans; collect, calculate, and adjust distances, traverses, and elevations; analyze data and operate surveying instruments.
