Job summary

Urban Infraconstruction LLC in Laredo, Texas is seeking a Survey Party Chief to join our Operations Team.

You will oversee construction staking, topographic surveys, and as-built documentation, operate GPS, total stations, levels, and data collectors, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure survey requirements and results meet project specifications.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of field surveying experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in construction surveying.
• Proficient with survey equipment, software, and methods.
• Able to read and interpret construction plans, maps and documents.

• Communicate and coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients, regarding the surveyrequirements, specifications, and results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction surveying.
• Proficient in using survey equipment, software, and methods.
• Knowledge of the survey principles, practices, and procedures.
  
• Able to read and interpret construction plans, maps and documents.
