Qualifications

• One of: CST, CSA, TS-C, CORST, CSFA.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon during procedures and prepare/handle instrumentation.
• Maintain aseptic technique and sterile field throughout surgery.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing intraoperative conditions.
• Communicate patient needs and safety concerns to the team.
