Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III for 2nd shift to assemble electro‑mechanical robotic modules and support production schedules in a regulated medical device environment.

You will lead complex assembly tasks, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, document results in MES/ERP systems, and collaborate with QA, engineering, and operations to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in medical device manufacturing in a regulated environment.
• Strong troubleshooting capability with validation-related activities.
• Electrical troubleshooting with multimeters and diagnostic evaluation.
• Meet workmanship, safety and productivity expectations.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly and system integration of robotic modules.
• Lead complex assembly and testing across multiple robotic modules.
• Maintain ISO 13485, FDA QSR, GDP, and GMP compliance in production.
• Document production activities in MES, ERP/SAP, and electronic DHR systems.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and root-cause investigations.
