Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for the 2nd shift at the Milpitas, CA site. You will perform electro-mechanical assembly of robotic modules for OTTAVA Surgical Robotics, following GDP, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.

You will support production schedules, conduct tests, document results, and collaborate with engineering to implement improvements. Regular overtime and on-site training are included.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly within medical devices or similar regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with GDP and regulated environments.
• Proficiency with assembly tools: torque wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, multimeters, presses.

Aufgaben

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of robotic modules and components.
• Meet daily build targets while maintaining ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and GDP compliance.
• Conduct functional, electrical, and mechanical tests.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues; escalate complex problems.
• Document production activities and test results in MES, ERP/SAP, and electronic DHR systems.
