Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, budgets and timelines across the Surgical Services program.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure feasibility, resource availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain program documentation, policies and workflows; identify process improvements and risks.
• Lead risk assessment, data reporting and root cause analysis as assigned.
• Collaborate with Health Information Management, IT and other departments to ensure downtime procedures and system readiness.
