Qualifications

• WA state license required and in good standing.
• Minimum five years of veterinary technician experience preferred.
• CPR (BLS/ALS) certification is required.
• Evidence of mentoring and training staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily surgery and dentistry workflow.
• Mentor newly licensed LVTs and developing technicians.
• Monitor anesthesia, pain management, and patient recovery.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Review records for accuracy and communicate department needs.
