Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Surety Account Executive in Texas to lead assigned surety accounts, manage client relationships, and coordinate with producers and underwriters to deliver efficient bond services. You will analyze financial information, prepare submissions, manage renewals, and identify cross‑selling opportunities while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Surety/Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of surety bond processes, underwriting requirements, and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and prepare submissions for marketing and carrier review.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned surety accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Manage surety books of business in partnership with Producers and Underwriters.
• Execute bonds accurately and timely per industry standards and carrier requirements.
• Process bond transactions, invoicing, renewals, and cancellations with accurate records.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and assist in expanding accounts with additional products.
