Job summary

Pixie Services is seeking a Senior SAP Retail Omnichannel Support Engineer with 10+ years of SAP experience across retail processes, configuration and production support. You will troubleshoot complex issues spanning stores, e-commerce, digital commerce, wholesale and integrated retail systems.

You will handle SAP Retail/S/4HANA processes, master data, pricing, promotions, inventory, replenishment and store operations; resolve omnichannel order processing and integrations with POS, SAP SD/MM/FI,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience in retail and omnichannel
• Experience with SAP ERP Retail and/or S/4HANA Retail implementations and production support
• Strong knowledge of retail master data, pricing, promotions, inventory and end-to-end order lifecycle
• Experience with SAP integrations, interfaces, middleware, and troubleshooting complex transactions
• SAP certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP Retail/S/4HANA Retail processes, including article master data, merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, replenishment, and store operations.
• Troubleshoot omnichannel order processing, product availability, sourcing, fulfillment, sales, and returns.
• Resolve integration issues involving POS, e-commerce, SAP SD/MM/FI, EWM, CAR, order management, and third‑party platforms.
• Diagnose production defects, develop fixes, and provide functional support and guidance to customers.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong hands‑on SAP Retail and omnichannel expertise.
• Experience with SAP ERP Retail and/or S/4HANA Retail implementations and production support.
• Strong knowledge of retail master data, pricing, promotions, inventory, and end‑to‑end order lifecycle.
• Experience with SAP integrations, interfaces, middleware, and troubleshooting complex transactions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and customer communication skills. SAP certification preferred.
