Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. is hiring a Senior Support & Installation Technician for Bellevue, WA. The role blends field service with remote troubleshooting, supporting NCR ENCOR, RORC, ISS45, and ScanMaster systems across multiple locations.

You will install and maintain POS hardware, networking gear, and related systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and document deployments. Growth and autonomy are emphasized in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting NCR ENCOR, RORC, ISS45, ScanMaster, or similar retail POS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting with networking fundamentals including VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Windows environments.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Install, configure, maintain, and support retail technology solutions on-site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot escalated software, hardware, and connectivity issues with customers and vendors to drive resolution.

SENIOR SUPPORT & INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN - Bellevue, WA - $30-$40/HR

Who you are:

• Experience supporting NCR ENCOR, RORC, ISS45, ScanMaster, or similar retail POS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals including VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Windows environments.
• A naturally curious problem solver who enjoys reverse engineering issues, working independently, and serving as the go-to resource for complex technical challenges.
• Experience supporting retail technology hardware including POS terminals, peripherals, networking equipment, and related infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What you'll do:

• Install, configure, maintain, and support retail technology solutions, including POS systems, networking equipment, and related hardware, on-site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot escalated software, hardware, and connectivity issues while partnering with customers and vendors to drive resolution.
• Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and system optimization to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Document service activities, support customer onboarding efforts, and contribute to successful technology deployments across multiple locations.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected pay range for this role is $30-$40 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
