Job summary

ASR International is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Technician (Site Lead) to support MARCORLOGCOM SECREP management at Albany, Georgia. This position will lead the on-site team, validate data, and ensure accurate inventory accountability while overseeing asset issue and receipt.

The role requires 5–6 years of military reparable logistics experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders to sustain mission

Qualifications

• 5–6 years managing day-to-day contractor operations for military reparable activities.
• 5–6 years in inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing.
• 5–6 years managing supply and maintenance transactions.
• 5–6 years of warehouse management experience.

ASR International is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Technician (Site Lead) to support the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) Coordinated Secondary Reparable (SECREP) Management and Strategic Logistics Services program at Albany, Georgia. This position will serve as the lead contractor at the assigned site, coordinating day-to-day activities in support of program objectives for SECREP management and helping ensure accurate inventory accountability, effective supply and maintenance transactions, and responsive support to the Government customer.

The Senior Supply Technician (Site Lead) will provide on-site leadership for SECREP management activities, validate management data, ensure accurate inventory records, oversee proper issue and receipt of assets, support Government-approved redistribution, and provide expert technical advice to Government personnel. The successful candidate will combine hands-on military reparable management experience with strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to support mission readiness and sustainment objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contractor at the Albany site and coordinate activities supporting program objectives for SECREP management.
• Ensure validation of SECREP management data at the site.
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Ensure proper issue and receipt of assets and accountability of SECREPs.
• Execute Government-approved redistribution of assets between sites.
• Provide expert SECREP management advice and technical guidance to the Government customer.
• Develop and provide the weekly status report for the site SECREP account.
• Lead development of briefs, documents, and other communications related to the program at the site.
• Develop and provide monthly and quarterly reports supporting program objectives, as required.
• Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution and sustainment.
• Coordinate effectively with Government stakeholders and contractor personnel in support of site priorities and program objectives.
• Perform additional duties typical of or related to the work of the Senior Supply Technician (Site Lead).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five to six (5-6) years of experience managing day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor workforce supporting military Reparable activities.
• Minimum of five to six (5-6) years of operational planning and execution experience involving inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing.
• Minimum of five to six (5-6) years of experience managing supply and maintenance transactions.
• Minimum of five to six (5-6) years of warehouse management experience.
• Minimum of five to six (5-6) years of experience providing technical advice and instruction to personnel.
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience handling fiscal requirements and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year course of study in a relevant field, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meets the total qualification requirements for the position level.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize and apply solutions.
• Ability to plan and organize work to successfully perform complex tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both orally and in writing, with personnel at various levels and ranks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and satisfy applicable background investigation requirements. Must be a US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps supply, maintenance, Reparable Issue Point, or Secondary Reparable operations.
• Working knowledge of Marine Corps SECREP management processes, including inventory accountability, asset issue and receipt, redistribution, sourcing, and warehouse operations.
• Experience leading personnel co-located with a military or Government customer.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics policies, systems, and reporting requirements.
