Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Lead Supply Technician/Material Coordinator at Randolph AFB to oversee personnel in material control and supply functions. You will interface with government stakeholders, generate required reports, and coordinate transportation, packaging and stock replenishment.

The role requires a secret clearance or ability to obtain one, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.

Qualifications

Secret clearance required or able to obtain and maintain.
Associates degree preferred.
Knowledge of Bench Stock levels.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

Oversee personnel and ensure completion of material control and supply tasks.
Serve as the liaison with the government for interfaces.
Pull and complete required reports.
Assist with transportation, packaging and handling of materials.
Support Rapid Improvement Events and constraint-based management goals.
Research, analyze and address parts issues; initiate purchase requests as needed.
Coordinate material requirements with other staff to manage stock.
Inspect, inventory and replenish stock daily.
Process issue requests through COMBS and retrieve items.
Maintain records of spares and assets and coordinate with maintenance back shops.
