Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain management; medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience using SAP for MRP, purchasing, and inventory management; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of S&OP, forecasting, inventory management, and new product introduction.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling supply plan for assigned product lines; reconcile forecasts, orders, inventory, lead times, and supplier capacity through S&OP.
• Maintain and improve SAP planning parameters; analyze MRP output and resolve exceptions.
• Place and manage purchase orders and supplier schedules; coordinate recovery plans for shortages.
• Lead supplier production and capacity reviews; develop contingency plans with Sourcing, Quality, Engineering and suppliers.
• Plan supply for new product introductions, engineering changes, and product phaseouts; coordinate qualification timing and inventory transition.
• Set and monitor inventory actions to reduce stockouts, excess, and obsolescence while meeting service goals.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory and backlog; drive corrective actions with clear owners.
• Participate in supplier business reviews and visit supplier facilities to evaluate performance and capacity.
• Carry out work in accordance with company policies and procedures; other duties as assigned.
