Job description

Agility's commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers-tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.

About the Role

The Senior Supply Planner is a key owner of material availability, driving end-to-end supply strategy across raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. Positioned at the intersection of supply chain operations and modern data automation, this role bridges internal manufacturing schedules and external supplier operations.

About the Work
  • Develop and execute raw material replenishment and master supply plans across various manufacturing lines and bill-of-materials structures.
  • Audit and validate the material readiness of suppliers and contract manufacturers (CMs) prior to kit release and assembly production runs.
  • Manage end-to-end lead time tracking and risk mitigation for long-lead parts, critical components, and key assemblies.
  • Lead investigations into complex material discrepancies, unit of measure conversions, and other relevant factors necessary to effectively plan supply.
  • Lead root-cause investigations into complex material discrepancies using automated data transformation workflows to resolve unit of measure conversions and planning mismatches.
  • Partner with Sourcing and Engineering to manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), material phase-in/phase-out, and part supersessions.
  • Establish safety stock levels, buffer strategies, and reorder points for critical materials to buffer against supply chain volatility.
  • Audit and reconcile inventory reports, material staging, and work-in-progress (WIP) at contract manufacturing facilities to ensure supply transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with production cell leads to maintain point-of-use raw material availability and prevent manufacturing floor line-stops.
  • Monitor MRP generation and demand signals to release purchase requisitions and component requirements in alignment with lead times.
  • Evaluate and optimize raw material master data in ERP systems, including Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), lot sizes, and supplier lead times.
About You
  • 5-7+ years of supply planning or material planning experience in complex manufacturing, hardware, robotics, or high-tech industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in electronic component supply planning, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), and managing active/passive electronics components.
  • Proven track record of auditing material readiness and managing supply relationships with contract manufacturers (CMs) and EMS providers.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for managing multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) and raw material requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field. APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Proven capability in using AI for complex data transformation and building AI agents or automated scripts to detect supply chain outliers, anomalies, and risks.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to interface with Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and external CM partners.
