Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Supply Demand Planner in Austin, TX to align supply with demand across distribution sites. The role requires analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in demand management.

You will support planning activities and improve outcomes in a global, matrixed environment. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related fields; an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, data management, finance, procurement, or consulting.
• Experience leading diverse and complex projects and executing tactical activities.
• Experience overseeing supply and demand planning with cross-functional interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper product allocation and execution through matching supply and demand across sites.
• Develop weekly allocation plans and monitor performance against order cycle goals.
• Analyze backlog and open order data to drive timely customer shipments.
