Accenture LLP in Houston, TX seeks a Management Consulting Manager to drive supply chain transformation for our clients, leading cross-functional teams and delivering results across warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting, with strong skills in Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, and stakeholder management. Willingness to travel domestically up to 80% is essential.

Formación

• Leading or supporting cross-functional project teams to deliver supply chain transformation initiatives across warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
• Developing and implementing engineered labor standards utilizing time study or predetermined work sampling and engineering observation to drive productivity and labor planning.
• Applying Lean and Six Sigma techniques including 5S, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Utilizing SQL or MS Excel to track KPIs and build dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Assisting in labor forecasting, staffing models, and performance evaluation to support workforce planning and incentive program design; and
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to implement change management strategies, deliver training, and drive adoption of new warehouse processes or systems.
