Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of supply chain operations, plus an additional 5 years in complex manufacturing or related.
• SAP ERP strongly preferred.
• Prior consulting experience required (internal or external).

Aufgaben

• Lead Implementation Engineering teams to guide clients through structured process improvements, decision-making, and governance.
• Capture/Clarify/Align strategic objectives and develop a 3–5 year deployment plan with roadmaps.
• Re-engineer supply chain support processes to achieve business results.
• Sustain improvements through system implementation, visual management, and audits.
• Develop internal management culture to sustain initiatives and engage senior leadership.
