Job summary

Converse, a Nike subsidiary, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Technology Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions across OMS, WMS, ERP, fulfillment, and logistics. The role requires deep supply chain knowledge and hands-on Java development expertise.

Hybrid work option with onsite Mon-Thurs in Boston, MA, for an 8-month contract. You will coordinate with business, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable tech transformations globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and enterprise solution delivery experience.
• Strong program management and project delivery skills.
• Strong hands-on Java development expertise.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes: OMS, WMS, Fulfillment and Logistics.
• Experience with APIs and Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, Integration Platforms, Data Mapping and Transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working directly with business, operations teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, operations, and digital teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners on project activities, timeline, dependencies to deliver projects.
• Design and deliver solutions supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including fulfillment, inventory management, order orchestration, and logistics execution.
• Lead technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities across multiple business initiatives.
• Support strategic transformation programs and operational enhancements across North America and global markets.
