Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst in the United States to partner with IT and business teams on transforming Supply Chain capabilities, focusing on Oracle EBS R12 and MES integration.

You will work with a Solution Architect to implement and configure designs across new platforms. The role requires 10+ years with Oracle R12 EBS or MES, strong Agile experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 10+ years of Oracle R12 EBS or MES experience.
• Experience with MES: Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy or Apriso.
• Experience with IT solutions (Mulesoft, OIC, GenAI) in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to work in agile Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS R12 and MES.
• Implement and maintain Manufacturing Execution System.
• Ensure project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and requirements.
• Oversee operations in a world-class Supply Chain site.
• Act as SME, collaborating with IT support to resolve production issues.
