Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and IT teams in delivering innovative Oracle EBS and MES solutions.

You will work closely with a Solution Architect to deploy designs across new platforms, delivering high-impact tooling within Oracle EBS R12 and MES environments. The role requires 10+ years in Oracle/ MES, strong communication, and the ability to operate in Agile environments, with a hybrid work preference for our Utah site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES systems.
• Experience with MES (Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy or Apriso) preferred.
• Experience with broad range of IT solutions (e.g., Mulesoft, OIC, GenAI).
• Experience with agile scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS R12 and MES.
• Implement and maintain Manufacturing Execution System.
• Ensure project delivery meets timelines and budgets.
• Oversee operations at a world-class Supply Chain site.
• Act as SME, collaborating with IT support to resolve production issues.
