Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst in the United States to partner with business and IT teams on major transformation initiatives in Supply Chain.

You will work closely with a Solution Architect to deploy designs within Oracle EBS R12 and MES, delivering high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES, experience in MES, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES systems.
• Experience with MES (Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter and GE Proficy or Apriso).
• Experience with broad range of IT solutions (Mulesoft, OIC, GenAI).
• Proven ability to work in agile scrum methodologies and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations and IT to understand needs and document requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS R12 and MES.
• Implement and maintain Manufacturing Execution System.
• Ensure project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and requirements.
• Oversee operations in a world class Supply Chain site and resolve production issues with IT support.
