Checkr, a leader in AI-driven verification, is seeking a Senior Staff Supply Chain Strategy Manager in Nashville to shape multi-year initiatives, vendor partnerships, and product-scale strategies.

You will partner with R&D, Operations, Finance, and GTM to drive cross-functional alignment, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and deliver measurable outcomes that strengthen our supply chain and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years owning large-scale, cross-functional supply chain or strategic initiatives end-to-end.
• Proven ability to operate through ambiguity and secure leadership approval.
• Excellent executive writing and verbal communication to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end 1-3 year strategic initiatives across supply chain product expansion, resiliency, and differentiation.
• Lead high-stakes vendor strategy and negotiation, including scenario planning and approvals.
• Own strategic vendor relationships affecting product strategy and customer experience.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Operations, Finance, and GTM.
• Influence senior leadership with strategic documents and data-driven trade-offs.
• Define and refine supply chain strategy for your area, adopting best practices.
