Job summary

FHI 360 in the United States is seeking an Advanced Subject Matter Expert to guide the technical design and quality of supply chain work across Health Programs projects. You will set the technical agenda for procurement, forecasting, logistics systems, cold chain, and commodity security, serving as the primary interlocutor with funders and partners.

You will lead national strengthening with ministries, coordinate with global procurement partners, and shape capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical design and direction of procurement and supply chain work.
• Lead LMIS, cold chain, and vaccine logistics optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with global partners and donors to align supply chain activities.
• Develop strategies and tools for country workplans and capacity building.
• Ensure QA and compliance with client and funder requirements.
