Partners In Health (PIH) in Harper, Maryland seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, warehousing, and related logistics. You will manage a team including the Procurement Officer and warehouse staff, ensuring policy compliance and effective day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes staff mentoring, capacity building, and timely reporting while maintaining stock integrity and ensuring continuity of services at a fixed-term site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain management or logistics.
• NGO/INGO experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement, inventory management, and warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of health infrastructure and supply chain systems.
• Strong management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Experience with OpenBoxes or similar inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and warehouse operations in Harper.
• Ensure PIH Liberia policies are implemented and reviewed as needed.
• Mentor, coach, and build capacity of staff under supervision.
• Provide leadership and support to staff under supervision.
• Ensure SMART objectives and timely appraisals are conducted.
• Ensure timesheets are submitted to HR on time.
• Prepare weekly work plans and timely, quality monthly reports.
• Manage leave plans to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate procurement approvals and market surveys.
• Follow up with Finance for timely payment of suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain price lists with clear specifications and market prices.
• Ensure all prequalified suppliers haveFramework Agreements and monitor performance.
