Qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in supply chain management (design/implementation of logistics, network design/optimization).
• Demonstrated coaching ability with clients.
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management.
• Excellent data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and flexibility with hours.
• Fluent in English and local office language.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a workstream within a client service team.
• Deliver solutions that address immediate problems and enable long-term change.
• Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues using research, data, interviews, and brainstorming to generate insights.
• Help clients solve problems, refine strategies, and implement transformations.
• Ensure impact endures after engagement and uphold ethics and integrity.
