Job summary

QUICK USA in Plano, TX seeks a Supply Chain Solutions Executive to lead end-to-end logistics deals in a hybrid, full-time role (3 days in office, 2 remote, 35 hours/week). You will identify, pursue, and close contract logistics and warehousing opportunities, design warehouse operations, and negotiate with landlords, carriers, and vendors to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with DX/IT and Product teams, client visits, and accurate pipeline forecasting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or supply chain consulting.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, structuring, and closing contract logistics and warehousing deals.
• Proven experience designing warehouse operations (layout, staffing, cost modeling, WMS, KPIs) alongside Operations teams.
• Direct commercial negotiation experience with warehouse landlords, carriers, and vendors.
• Working knowledge across OTR transportation, freight brokerage, and international freight forwarding.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close high-value supply chain and contract logistics/warehousing deals.
• Design warehouse operations in collaboration with Operations teams, including layout, staffing models, cost modeling, WMS, and KPIs.
• Directly negotiate commercial terms with warehouse landlords, subcontractors, carriers, 3PL partners, and technology vendors.
• Lead client site visits, discovery sessions, and solution design workshops to deliver tailored proposals and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with DX/IT and Product teams to commercialize digital solutions and data-driven supply chain services.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and serve as an escalation point for key client accounts.
