Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, purchasing and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of supply chain projects and coordinate product selection, deliveries, and subcontractor installations.
• Support business development and pre-construction efforts with client presentations and bid packages.
• Develop bid packages and analyze vendor bids against contract requirements and prepare bid analysis spreadsheets.
• Manage budget, payments, and project reporting.
