Turner Construction Company seeks a Project Manager to oversee daily supply chain operations across multiple projects in Reston, VA. You will coordinate product selection, deliveries, and subcontractor installations with internal SourceBlue teams, ensuring on‑time execution and budget adherence.

You will support technical sales, prepare estimates, and develop bid packages. The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and MS Office skills, with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in commercial construction and regional market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of supply chain projects and coordinate product selection, deliveries, and installations.
• Collaborate with SourceBlue and Turner teams to pursue and secure opportunities.
• Support technical sales, prepare package estimates, and schedule activities.
• Develop bid packages, analyze vendor bids, and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and payment processes for projects.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and document control.
