Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations of multiple supply chain projects, aligning product selections, deliveries, and subcontractor installations with SourceBlue teams. You will participate in BD discussions, support technical sales, develop bid packages, analyze vendor bids, and manage purchasing, budgets, and payments while ensuring policy compliance.

Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Electrical, mechanical, or finished product knowledge.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and cost control.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with SourceBlue and Turner BU BD teams about client prospects to secure SB business opportunities.
• Support technical sales efforts for BU BD/Pre-Construction, including client presentations and package reviews.
• Develop project-specific scopes of work for vendors and review with national SB Supply Chain team.
• Develop bid packages, solicit vendor pricing, and analyze bids against requirements.
• Coordinate vendor/subcontractor packages to convey full scope of equipment.
• Manage purchasing orders, logs, submittals, and factory testing.
• Oversee budgets and financial reporting; track payments and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing and risk management policies.
