Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego, CA seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to lead the material content strategy for the Dynamic Connectivity Solutions Operating Unit. You will coordinate cross-functionally to meet supply chain commitments and drive program success.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain or 6+ with a Master’s, strong EVMS, budgeting, and leadership skills, and US citizenship with Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or project management; Master’s with 6+ years in same fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading a team of people.
• Experience with EVMS, financial reporting, forecasting, and product scheduling.
• Experience with high-level strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supply Chain Planning Specialists and coordinate cross-functionally to mitigate programmatic risks.
• Accountable for program execution including resource planning, schedule performance, risk management, and supplier performance.
• Own budget, forecasting, and EVMS requirements for all material.
• Manage supply base on cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Present program status and action plans to PMO and leadership.
