Job summary

Strong-Bridge Envision Consulting, an HCL Technologies company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager- Supply Chain to join our Seattle-based team. You will lead complex supply chain projects and coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure delivery success.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of IT project management, experience with WMS/TMS/3PL, and a PMP/Scrum background. The role requires full-time US work authorization and a consulting mindset in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years delivering large scale technical projects or programs.
• Experience in IT Project Management of Enterprise Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Dynamics).
• Supply Chain focus with WMS, TMS and 3PLs knowledge.
• 3+ years consulting with Big 4 or boutique tech delivery firms.
• MBA preferred; PMP and Scrum certifications desirable; SAFe a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate teams to deliver client projects successfully.
• Coordinate with project and executive stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Define project plans, schedules, resource estimates and budgets.
• Monitor risks, issues, and governance; report to VP level regularly.
• Ensure funding and resource approval processes are completed.
• Oversee complex to highly complex supply chain IT projects.
