Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of material management strategies for major capital projects.
• Coordinate between Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, PMO, vendors and contractors.
• Ensure timely material readiness and alignment with project schedules.
• Develop talent and lead a high-performing team.
• Track performance metrics and report risks.
