Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Product Engineer in California to drive scalable test solutions across design, testing, and production. You will lead strategies from development to high-volume manufacturing, partnering with design, quality, and external partners to optimize test coverage, yield, and cost.

You will mentor teams, develop test standards, and oversee implementations that improve efficiency and reliability while supporting enterprise-scale programs and complex portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, product engineering, or test engineering.
• Experience in electronics, hardware, semiconductor or complex supply chains.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale test initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-level product and test strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead NPI readiness and manufacturing ramp strategies for product launches.
• Partner with design, quality, and suppliers to ensure robust validation and transfer to production.
• Oversee test equipment design, validation, calibration, and lifecycle management.
• Establish KPIs for test performance, yield, and manufacturing readiness.
• Provide technical leadership during critical manufacturing escalations.
