Job summary

Oracle, based in Houston, seeks a Principal Supply Chain Product Engineer to lead test strategies across design to mass production, ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

This role partners with design, quality, and external partners to optimize test coverage, yield, and cost while delivering high-quality, reliable products.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, and drive NPI readiness, manufacturing ramp, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing, product or test engineering.
• Experience in electronics, hardware or semiconductor environments.
• Proven track record in high-volume manufacturing.
• Led enterprise-scale test initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-level product and test strategies.
• Lead NPI readiness and manufacturing ramp strategies.
• Partner with design to ensure smooth transfers to manufacturing.
• Oversee test equipment design, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor Product Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead investigation and resolution of high-impact quality issues.
