Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Senior Specialist, Process to drive end-to-end planning framework improvements across Demand and Supply Planning. You will document global standards, analyze data flows, and identify gaps affecting SIOP/IBP, helping ensure data accuracy, governance and cross-functional alignment.

You will partner with planning leaders to translate business needs into system requirements, support SOPs, and contribute to monthly planning cycles, leveraging strong SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain-related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM/SD) required.
• Experience developing master production schedules and resource planning.
• Extensive knowledge of APO/SNP (SAP) required.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation and maintenance of global end-to-end planning processes.
• Map and maintain process/data flow documentation across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, capacity modeling, and master data structures.
• Assist in SOPs, work instructions, and governance materials.
• Conduct data review to identify inconsistencies or gaps.
• Validate lead times, capacity definitions, safety stock, and resource assignments.
• Collaborate with Master Data Governance and site teams for standards compliance.
• Translate business requirements into structured documentation and system requirements.
• Support monthly planning cycles through reporting and analysis.
• Prepare summaries of process flows and analytical insights.
