Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain planning, integrated planning or transformation.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong planning governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of planning processes across demand, supply, inventory and IBP.
• Translate clinical and market demand into technical SAP requirements for US clinics.
• Govern planning standards, establish KPIs, and drive standardization across functions.
• Collaborate with IT, business and partners to ensure successful go-lives and adoption.
