Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Expert to design and drive end-to-end planning transformation across demand, supply, and inventory using SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP.

The role collaborates with US clinicians and cross-functional teams, translating market demand into scalable requirements, leading governance and standardization efforts, and ensuring successful deployment of planning capabilities across the US Clinics organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, integrated business planning, or S&OP/IBP transformation.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning process requirements across demand, supply, inventory, and IBP functions.
• Translate US-specific clinical and market demand patterns into scalable SAP S/4HANA/IBP requirements.
• Drive planning solution design, configuration, and deployment to support transformation initiatives.
• Oversee data model design, master data readiness, integration validation, UAT, cut-over, and go-live.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of planning capabilities.
• Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities to improve planning accuracy and agility.
