Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist to support the Advanced Land Sensors Operating Unit – GATOR Production Team in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on on-time release, budgets, reporting, and risk management across multiple supply chain functions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in supply chain/finance, manufacturing experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of supply chain, finance, and/or business management experience, or master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of supply chain, finance, and/or business management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Program execution experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
• US Citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Management of on time req release, PO placements, and PO delivery dates to maintain program schedule
• Management of material budgets for contract requirements. Supporting baseline/EVMS requirements
• Accurate reporting and forecasting of material cost/performance of assigned program(s)
• Execution of duties as CAM to support program PLATO/CEAC/EAC activities
• Identification and management of program risks and opportunities as they pertain to material requirements
• Analysis of material lead times and identification critical path procurements
• Monitoring and addressing supplier capacity and/or production issues
• Supporting program proposal activities (BOE’s creation, CBOM review, etc)
• Supporting the development of supply chain strategies – including supplier development and supplier risk management, which may include development of secondary sources
• Coordination of program activities between various supply chain management functions including buyers, planners, subcontract administrators, scheduling, customers and suppliers, etc
