Job summary

The candidate should have a minimum of six years in supply chain or related roles, be bilingual (English/Spanish), and proficient with SAP and MS Office. Prior experience in pharma/medical devices planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline required; field preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations.
• Must have at least 6 years of supply chain, operations, logistics or related experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Proficient with MS Office suite and ERP tools (SAP preferred).
• Experience in production planning and scheduling within pharma/medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling to meet demand and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Manage material planning and purchasing to support production continuity.
• Collaborate with plant production and cross-functional teams to resolve capacity issues.
• Prepare production reports and forecasts; monitor KPIs and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain data integrity in planning systems and master data.
